ACT

The ACT (American College Testing) is a computer-based standardized test used for undergrad college admissions in the United States. It is currently administered by ACT, a non-profit organization of the same name. The ACT test covers four academic skill areas: English, Mathematics, reading, and scientific reasoning. Singapore International School is a centre for ACT since 2010. Students can select Singapore International School as a testing centre for ACT online tests. Students have to go online and register the same. It is recommended that all students appear for the Pre-ACT (Grade 10 or beginning of class 11) if they are planning for ACT later. The four main ACT test sections are individually scored on a scale of 1–36, and a composite score (the rounded whole number average of the four sections) is provided. ACT (American College Testing) is administered 5 times a year in India.

In India, the ACT is conducted seven times a year in the months, of September, October, December, February, April, June, and July.
